The billing details, plainly
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, anytime in your account. Moving from monthly to annual applies the annual rate at your next billing cycle. Moving from annual to monthly keeps your access through the end of the year you already paid for.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No. Monthly members can cancel after any month. Annual members pay for twelve months upfront and keep access through the end of that year, with no renewal unless you choose to renew.
What happens if I cancel?
Monthly members keep access through the end of the current billing cycle; annual members through the end of their paid year. In both cases the recruiting profile URL is deactivated when access ends, and your data is preserved if you reactivate later.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't refund partial months or years, but there's no contract — you can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of your billing period. Not sure yet? I have more than one athlete. Do I need more than one membership?
Yes. Each athlete needs their own membership, because the profile and dashboard are tied to one athlete's stats, target list, and outreach history. Have multiple athletes in the family? Email us about a family rate.
How do I update billing information?
Log in, go to My Account, and update your payment details there. Billing changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
