How does the 14-day free trial work?

You sign up, get full access to everything for 14 days, and aren't charged until day 15. Cancel before day 15 and you won't be billed. No phone calls, no forms — just cancel in your account.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes. You can switch at any time in your account. Upgrading from monthly to annual applies the annual rate at your next billing cycle. Downgrading from annual keeps your access through the end of your paid term.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

No. Monthly members can cancel after any month. Annual members pay for twelve months upfront and keep access through the end of that year — with no renewal unless you choose to renew.

What happens if I cancel?

Monthly members retain access through the end of the current billing cycle. Annual members retain access through the end of their paid year. In both cases, the recruiting profile URL is deactivated when access ends, and your data is preserved if you choose to reactivate later.

Do you offer refunds?

The 14-day free trial is the refund window — use it to evaluate whether the platform is right for your family. After the trial, we don't refund partial months or partial years, but you can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of your billing period.

I have two daughters. Do I need two memberships?

Each athlete needs her own membership because the profile and dashboard are tied to a specific athlete's stats, target list, and outreach history. Have multiple athletes? Email us about a family rate.
