What’s the difference between Profile and the Recruiting Success Program?
The Profile plan gives your athlete the professional recruiting profile — the shareable page coaches evaluate first, with video, stats, academics, and a contact form. The Recruiting Success Program adds the complete recruiting system around it: the College Search Dashboard, the 4-stage action plan, the Contact Tracker, email templates, the Parents Portal, and the College Cost Comparison Tool.
Can I start with Profile and upgrade later?
Yes — that’s exactly what it’s designed for. Upgrade to the Recruiting Success Program anytime from your account, and everything you’ve built comes with you: your profile, your URL, your photos and videos. The upgrade simply moves you to the program rate at your next billing cycle.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. You can switch anytime in your account. Upgrading from monthly to annual applies the annual rate at your next billing cycle. Downgrading from annual keeps your access through the end of your paid term.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No. Monthly members can cancel after any month. Annual members pay for twelve months upfront and keep access through the end of that year — with no renewal unless you choose to renew.
What happens if I cancel?
Monthly members retain access through the end of the current billing cycle; annual members through the end of their paid year. In both cases, the recruiting profile URL is deactivated when access ends, and your data is preserved if you choose to reactivate later.
Do you offer refunds?
We don’t refund partial months or years, but there’s no contract — you can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of your billing period. Not sure yet? Start with the Profile plan, or take the free assessment first.
I have two daughters. Do I need two memberships?
Each athlete needs her own membership because the profile and dashboard are tied to a specific athlete’s stats, target list, and outreach history. Have multiple athletes? Email us about a family rate.
How do I update billing information?
Log in, go to My Account, and update payment details there. Billing changes take effect on the next billing cycle.
